We want you to love your SÉIA pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Start your return from Track Order or your account. Select the item, choose “Return” or “Exchange”, and we’ll arrange a free pickup.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified by email at each step.
Prefer a different size or style? Choose “Exchange” during the return flow and select a replacement of equal value at no extra cost.
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears, customised pieces, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
